Reservations
When paying by personal check or credit card,a reservation made 14 days or more prior to the date of arrival requires an advance payment of one night stay per room to secure your reservation.

A reservation made less than 14 days in advance requires payment in full (including all taxes) by Visa or Master Card.

{American Express or Discover not accepted}

Your deposit guarantees that your entire stay is reserved with a written confirmation sent to you.

Cancellations
14 days or more prior to the date of arrival, you will receive a refund less a $25.00 service fee for each room

Less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival you will receive a refund less a
$25.00 service fee for each room, ONLY if we are able to fill the vacancy.

Other Policies
Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
All bedrooms are air conditioned and we maintain a smoke free environment.
The Innkeepers reserve the right to cancel a reservation at their discretion.
No pets are allowed.
